One night Joe leaves his window open and with a swirl of leaves and a flap of feathers, the Wild invites him outside to explore the night-time city. Joe learns that animals and plants can thrive even in the most built-up environment, and that with a bit of imagination, a city can be full of surprises.

The boy couldn't go to the Wild so the Wild came to him in his bedroom. A great bedtime story. We listened to it online on Cbeebies.

I like sloth the best. I would recommend this book as it has a lot of different animals. you might meet your favourite.

I liked this book. I liked how the wild grew into the little boys mind and he found it everywhere. I like the pictures in this book and the crocodile is a car!
