Gorgeously illustrated and with a classic feel, this is a brilliantly funny story of a rabbit and a bear … and how friends can accept that the world isn’t always perfect. Ideal for readers moving on from picture books.

‘A perfect animal double-act.’ The Times, Book of the Week

Rabbit is fed up. Spring has finally arrived, but it’s not as perfect as he hoped it would be.

Bear thinks that if they work hard, they can improve things, a bit. But Rabbit has a MUCH better plan. He sets off across the lake in search of a Perfect World …

Meet Rabbit and Bear in the classic series that has taken the world by storm: this is a story of hope, friendship, a very long journey with no breakfast, and an entire island made of … of … wait … is that chocolate? It looks like chocolate …

’Rabbit’s Bad Habits is a breath of fresh air in children’s fiction, a laugh-out-loud story of rabbit and wolf and bear, of avalanches and snowmen. The sort of story that makes you want to send your children to bed early, so you can read it to them.’ Neil Gaiman

I was laughing my heart off when I know that Rabbit was standing on a huge pile of poo!

This book made me laugh a lot - especially when Rabbit ended up on an island made of bird poo! Bear was calm and kind even when Rabbit was being silly. My favourite quote was 'this island smells weird'. It reminded me that things don't have to be perfect to be fun.

Overall I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think I should have more detail(explanation)to some bits. The moral of the story is to never give up and to say sorry, even if that means starting all over again.

It was funny. My favourite moment was when rabbit stood in a mountain of poo and thought it was chocolate.

This "Bear and Rabbit" book was hilarious, and even though it took me about twenty minutes to read, it was a great read. The humour is generally toilet-based, so this book is great for younger readers ( around 6-9-year-olds ).
